AFFEERCE is a profitable business plan that purchases land into a commons’ trust and, as the plan progresses, distributes the rents equally to everyone on Earth. This land is available through perpetual auction and awarded to the party willing to pay the most to hold it – creating multiple benefits.

It awards everyone an equal share of the rents. By using monetary policy to reallocate productive resources this “Earth Dividend” will cover everyone’s basic needs.
It makes land affordable relatively close to major city centers. This benefit is harder to see and arguably more impactful than even the Earth Dividend.
Human history is fraught with unjust seizures of land. AFFEERCE can’t repair the previous harm that this has caused but it will stop its continuation.
In 40 to 80 years, this will end hunger, homelessness, taxes, tyranny, and war.

AFFEERCE is a profitable business plan that will transform our world. The plan that follows shows how it can be started with $30 million leading to a projected nominal profit of $1 trillion in 20 years.
